Mindfulness Seminars – Mindfulness made simple. Introductory seminars familiarize participants with Mindfulness and its benefits. Through a series of practical exercises, they learn how to bring Mindfulness into daily life. Subsequent seminars, with themes such as Mindfully Manage Stress, Mindful Communication, and Mindfulness for Health Habit Change, build on earlier ones and can be tailored to meet your needs.

Mindfulness-based Integrative Health Coaching – A client-centered coaching model going beyond exercise and nutrition to whole health and wellness and designed for lasting change. An introductory seminar familiarizes participants with a neuroscience-based habit change process. Coaching sessions serve individuals in achieving their personal versions of ideal health. Coaching can take place in person or remotely.
